Stack Overflow 2024 Dev Survey Questions. Those learning to code are almost twice as likely to have not participated in q&a on stack overflow than professional developers. That number increases for professional developers to 42% and has steadily decreased in the last three.

In may 2023 over 90,000 developers responded to our annual survey about how they learn and level up, which tools they’re using, and which ones they want. There has been a thread to discuss the stack overflow developer survey on this forum every year since 2018, so here’s yet another one for 2024 🙂.
